Today was a welcome change for the boys. As you can see, they haven't fished since the 29th and they were ready to get out there today. The seas were choppier than expected but the day was nice none-the-less. This group of guys truly had a great catch. They ended their day with five Yellowfin Tuna and two Wahoo. It doesn't get much better than that!

Today was a decent day of fishing for everyone as there were good varieties of fish caught today. This group braved some rough seas to reel in 2 Wahoo, 2 King Mackerel and 2 Dolphin. They were smiling when they returned to the dock so I imagine they had a pretty good time.

Our great friends from Maryland and our buddy Frank went out together today and had a great time at sea. The seas were choppy on the way out but laid down by 10:00am to make for a decent day. I called out to Capt. Randall around 1:00pm to ask about the catch. He said they caught about 20 Dolphin. When they returned to the dock we realized that his count was way off. Everyone, including our friends, were surprised at 55 Dolphin pulled from the box.

Fishing continued to produce lots of fish today. The seas were nearly perfect and the sun was shining all day with a nice cool breeze as an added bonus. This was a great group of guys that truly had perfect day offshore. They returned to the dock with their LIMIT (60) of Dolphin and smiling faces.

When I called out to Capt. Randall to find out about the catch I was pleasantly surprized that I was going to see something I had not seen before. This group had decent luck with Dolphin and a couple of Wahoo but they also caught a fish called Tripletail. Evidently they hang out below boards with Dolphin but they're awefully hard to gaff. The boys brought one in today and they're actually pretty interesting. The group had a great time and everyone left with smiles on their faces.

Though the flag is not shown in this photo, this group also released a White Marlin today. They really couldn't have had a better trip. The weather was beautiful, which was a nice surprize as our forecasters were calling for a bit of a sea. This group of men and their wives reeled in their LIMIT (60) of Dolphin, one 70lb Yellowfin Tuna, one White Marlin and several Trigger Fish. What a day!

Regulars Shirley, Dale, Darrell and Mike, along with a couple of "rookies", had a day offshore that was just about as good as it gets. The weather cooperated completely for this group of serious anglers. They had a nice cool day with a bit of sun and fairly calm seas. To top that off, they ended their day with a LIMIT of Dolphin. Shirley was so pleased to have caught the largest fish there in the center. Way to go guys (and gals)!

The boys left the dock this morning thinking that the weather would be a lot prettier than it ended out. The ride out proved that the weather man did indeed miss the mark today. Seas remained rough until it was time to come home. The great thing about today was that no matter how bad the seas got, this group was catching TUNA; and lots of it. They ended their day with 8 Yellowfin Tuna and 10 Blackfin Tuna.

Ron, Doc, the 'new crew' and the kids called Capt. Randall yesterday and booked the boat. They could not have had a better day out there if they paid Mother Nature. The seas were gorgeous and the sun was out throughout the day. All of that was just a bonus. This group of guys and gals reeled in their LIMIT of Dolphin and when Donnie was bringing the lines in, a Tuna hit his short rigger and they reeled it in as well. Part of this group has been fishing with Randall since he was a mate. It was great to have them out again.

This group of folks had quite a surprize today when they left the dock. The forecast called for 10-15 mph winds and this group experienced at least 20 mph winds throughout the day. On top of that, the fishing today was really slow for everyone. Even the inshore guys cancelled their afternoon trips because of conditions. This was a real group of troopers. They all did really well with the strong seas and winds and returned to the dock with smiling faces. The group ended with one Blackfin, one King Mackerel and a Sailfish release. Better luck next time, folks.

Wednesday was the first booking date for this group. That morning winds were blowing 25+ mph so Capt. Randall made the call to postpone their trip until today. Since this happened to be the last day these folks could go, they went. After setting off around 6:00am, the boat returned around 10:00am to drop part of the group off due to sea-sickness. The rest of the group voted to go back out (but just off the beach) for King Mackerel. They had incredible luck and came back to the dock with their LIMIT of Kings!

Conditions were as good as one could hope for this time of year. As rough as the seas have been lately, this was a welcome sign. The group booked the boat at the beginning of the week and couldn't have asked for a better day both weather and catch-wise. They ended their day with 43 Dolphin, including 9 gaffers, and one King Mackerel. It equaled out to 270lbs of fish!

The weather was absolutely perfect today for this group. They fished a morning half-day and ended with a few Spanish and Blues. More than anything they truly enjoyed the boat ride.

Marty and company made up this group of anglers. Parents and children alike did an excellent job today as they reeled in their LIMIT of Dolphin along with a really nice Wahoo, a Yellowfin Tuna and TWO Sailfish!!! To top it off, the weather was absolutely gorgeous, which made for a great ride out and back. Marty, the guys are definitely looking forward to next year!

A make-up was put together for Top Hook. The boys couldn't have lucked out with a nicer group of people that truly enjoyed one another. When they returned to the dock they looked as though they were old friends. It's the first time in a long time I've seen people hug Tom and Donnie before leaving to go home. They had an excellent catch including a LIMIT of Dolphin along with 4 Wahoo and an Amberjack.

This family of four had a quite a day offshore today. The weather cooperated for the most part, and fishing was excellent. Though they came back to the dock tired, they were happy as well. They ended their day with their LIMIT of Dolphin along with 3 Amberjack.

This was a split party; half of these guys fished on Big Tahuna and the other half on Top Hook. They were quite a group of characters. The first thing they said to me was, "So you're the Red Snapper". Evidently Donnie was having some fun with them. They ended their day with 35 Dolphin and a days worth of laughs.
