Captain Randall welcomes you aboard Top Hook as the owner/operator, in his 18th year charter fishing off of Hatteras. He's available for charter all year and can't wait to give you an experience you'll never forget aboard Top Hook.

After fishing bass tournaments around the country for several years Jay moved to Hatteras Island in 2004. He enjoys all facets of saltwater fishing and loves getting to know all the repeat and future charters. He has passed the Coast Guard exam for his captain's license

This crew prides themselves on the quality of the trip you'll have on Top Hook. They welcome all families whether experienced or not. Both Donnie and Tom have a lot of patience and take time to explain what goes on offshore.

   
REPEAT ANGLERS
As many of you know, people love to come back year after year and sometimes several times a year to fish with Tom and Donnie. For several years Capt. Randall ran the Tom Cat, also at Teach's Lair, and Donnie mated on that boat as well. Now that Capt. Randall has bought his own boat we've noticed a following. This just goes to show how a great team can make a fantastic trip happen.
